With a post-doctorate in theoretical physics, Martin brings a strong academic foundation in high-efficiency computing and a talent for forming interdisciplinary teams that bridge theory and real-world application.

Over the years, he has developed highly efficient algorithms designed for real-time challenges – an approach that has shaped the DNA of Recosys from day one.

Before founding the company, Martin worked as a developer at AEG and later played a key role in digitization projects at Siemens in logistics automation. With over two decades of experience, he remains curious, hands-on, and eager to explore new technologies.
